Magnetic Sponsoring In MLM - Is There Such A Thing?

Magnetic Sponsoring is a phrase that I think is the brain child of MLM Failure turned Success Mike Dillard. The basic concept is that you draw people to you instead of chasing them, which is psychologically in tune with what many network marketing professionals have been doing for years.
