Balance Employees’ Work And Life

You may know that work/life balance is increasingly important to today’s employees. You may not know that a recent landmark study finds: employer work/life support has a powerful impact on positive work outcomes, e.g., employee commitment and retention. This article examines the findings and proposes five principles for providing this support. Included is a suggested activity to apply the principles to your workplace.
