Are Spa Treatments Worth The Expense?

When some hear the words “spa treatments,” they think of spending hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars to go away to some fancy resort where they will be pampered for a week, or a weekend. But you can spend an afternoon at a local day spa, and enjoy one or more of a variety of treatments for a very reasonable price. The question to ask is whether you think the benefits of a treatment is worth the cost.
